While it may be a long read, please take a look. Here’s what you need to know about Project 2025: It is a transition plan developed by The Heritage Foundation and is headed by two of Trump’s former key staff members. In essence, Project 2025 has three takeaways. These are directly from The Heritage Foundation website:
“KEY TAKEAWAYS
- It’s past time to lay the groundwork for a White House more friendly to the right.
- The policy book Mandate for Leadership represents the work of more than 350 leading conservatives and outlines a vision of conservative success.
- The usual suspects in the permanent political class will be ready for the next conservative administration. Will we be ready for them?”
Here is how Project 2025 is described on The Heritage Foundation website:
“The 2025 Presidential Transition Project paves the way for an effective conservative Administration based on four pillars: a policy agenda, Presidential Personnel Database, Presidential Administration Academy, and playbook for the first 180 days of the next Administration.”
Essentially, Project 2025 will give vast Executive Power to fire long-time career government employees with individuals vetted through The Heritage Foundation. They are creating a conservative version of “Linked-In” (Presidential Personnel Database) so conservative staff will be ready on day one.” For what you may ask?
Per the Heritage Website: “What regulations and executive orders must be signed on Day One? Where are the greatest needs for more political appointees? How can we effectively use the mechanisms of government to face our most challenging problems? Our Playbook will put our movement to work answering questions like these.”
In other dictatorships, these were called “Purges”. That’s right. That is what is ahead of us on day one of a Trump administration – A Purge of all those career employees who are deemed to be not conservative enough. This would be accomplished through what is called “Schedule F,” an executive order that would allow the president to strip thousands of federal employees of employment protections, fire them and replace them with ideological loyalists. Don’t think it would happen? Trump tried to implement this exact Executive Order late in his term. President Biden rescinded it. It remains a priority for Donald Trump should he be elected.
This is what other dictatorships called their purges or how they are referenced:
Hitler: The Night of the Long Knives
Stalin: The Great Purge or Great Terror
Mao: The Cultural Revolution
Interestingly, the Supreme Court seems to be in on the game and is clearing the field for Trump by finding immunity for all “Executive Acts”. So this “purge” is pretty much sanctioned by The Heritage Foundation Justices that were appointed by Trump.
In fact, you could just refer to Trump as the “patsy” for the Right Wing. Perhaps that’s why they ignore all his less than desirable traits . . . as long as he does what they tell him.
What does Trump say?
Recently he wrote on X “I know nothing about Project 2025. I have no idea who is behind it. I disagree with some of the things they are saying.”
You can see why Trump is such a bad pathological liar. If he knows nothing about Project 2025 how could he know to disagree with some of the things they are saying?????
The scary thing is that he only disagrees with SOME of the things they are saying.
At a recent Heritage Foundation dinner Trump seemed to know a lot more than he is letting on. He said “I need the help of the Heritage Foundation.” Also according to Heritage Foundation President Kevin Roberts as Quoted in Axios: “[W]e are in the process of the second American Revolution, which will remain bloodless if the left allows it to be,” Roberts said, declaring that “the radical left” was “apoplectic” because “our side is winning.”
Why have we not heard more about Project 2025 and its plan for moving forward? Remember “Mein Kampf”. Adolf Hitler spelled out his plan and his political manifesto in this book. Let’s not have history repeat itself.
